Agile agreements
With a background in agile development, agile agreements are an area that is close to the heart of our organization.

-How to select the best people from the best vendor
-Different payment models
-Relevant KPI’s, / SLA’s for agile agreements
-Running the commercial process according to agile principles
Coaching start-ups
Start-up companies do not have the ability or the funding to do the same time-consuming commercial projects as larger companies have. We use our experience of lean commercial processes to help start-ups partnering with the right technology partners.
Impact sourcing
Impact Sourcing is a sub-area of the outsourcing business where the objective is not just to maximize profit, but to also create sustainable work opportunities for people who are in a vulnerable situation. This can be people who are discriminated against because of gender, disabilities, location, or other reasons.
Our founder has done significant research in the area of impact sourcing. He knows the market very well and can advise companies who would like to start buying services from impact sourcing vendors on the journey from identifying the right relevant vendors to signing the contract and later follow up the deliverables.
