Karsten combines his vast experience in technology and procurement to always deliver the best for his customers.
He has broad experience and has worked for large international consultancy companies, smaller boutique companies as well as an in-house technology expert. Having started as a developer, he
quickly moved into more challenging roles. Such roles include more technological responsibilities, project management as well as managing people.
Karsten has always been interested in getting people to work well together. One of his mottos is that “if you put good people together, good things might happen”. With this attitude, he has worked across multiple organizations in different geographies like Europe and Asia. He has worked with clients on all continents and is seen as an expert in working across different cultures.
Technologically Karsten has broad experience in areas ranging from custom development, big data, call-center solutions to more modern technology like cloud. He has worked with a wide range of project methodologies and has lately been very interested in the agile way of working.
